十个加工辣椒恢复系主要农艺性状的配合力和遗传力分析

Analysis of Combining Ability and Heritability of Main Agronomic Traits of Ten Processing Pepper Restorer Line

  • 摘要: 以10个辣椒恢复系为父本,3个不育系为母本,用NCⅡ试验设计配制30个组合,采用方差分析、配合力分析、遗传力分析等方法,研究了9个主要农艺性状的配合力和遗传力,以期为加工辣椒育种提供参考依据。结果表明:10个恢复系的9个性状间大部分有显著性差异。一般配合力分析可知PC5-1、PC008具有培育大果品种的潜力;PC272-35的产量性状效应值均较大,具有培育高产品种的潜力。特殊配合力分析可知PC34193A×PC272-35、PC002A×PC495-10-13、PC002A×PC5-1是具有高产优势的组合;PC34193A×PC5-1是具有大果优势的组合。始花节位、果横径、株幅、果纵径的狭义遗传率较高,这些性状的遗传稳定性好,宜在低世代进行选择。单果质量、单株果数、果肉厚、单株产量的狭义遗传率较低,这些性状受加性效应和环境共同影响。

     

    Abstract: Ten restorer lines and three CMS lines were used to develop 30 hybrid crosses by NCII incomplete diallel cross.Combining ability and heritability of 9 main agronomic traits were used by variance analysis, combining ability and heritability, in order to provide reference for processing pepper breeding.The results showed that there were significant differences among the most restorer lines of 9 traits.General combination ability(GCA) analysis can be obtained PC5-1 and PC008 had the potential to cultivate large fruit species, PC272-35 had the potential to cultivate high-yield varieties.Specific combining ability(SCA) analysis could be obtained PC34193A×PC272-35,PC002A×PC495-10-13,PC002A×PC5-1 had the advantage of high yield, PC34193A×PC5-1 had the advantage of big fruit.The narrow sense heritability of first flower node, fruit transverse diameter, crown diameter, fruit longitudinal diameter was higher.The traits could be selected to be effective in low generations.The narrow sense heritability of fruit weight, fruit number per plant, pulp thick, yield per plant was lower.These traits were influenced by additive effects and environment.
