褪黑素对葡萄果实品质的影响

Effects of Melatonin on Fruit Quality of Grape

  • 摘要: 以葡萄结果树为试材,采用田间试验法,通过喷施0、50、100、150μmol·L-1和200μmol·L-1的褪黑素溶液,研究了褪黑素对葡萄果实品质及蔗糖代谢的影响,以期筛选出能提高葡萄果实品质的最佳褪黑素浓度,为褪黑素在葡萄生产上的应用提供参考依据。结果表明:随褪黑素浓度的增加,葡萄果实果形指数变化不明显,但单果质量等外观品质和固酸比、维生素C等内在品质呈先增加后减少的趋势,当褪黑素浓度为150μmol·L-1时,葡萄果实单果质量等外观品质和固酸比、维生素C等内在品质均最佳。褪黑素处理提高了果实中葡萄糖和果糖的含量,但并没有改变这2种糖的比例,褪黑素对果实中蔗糖的含量影响不显著。喷施褪黑素后,葡萄果实与蔗糖代谢相关的分解酶类(可溶性酸性转化酶、可溶性中性转化酶、蔗糖合成酶分解方向)活性高于合成酶类(蔗糖合成酶合成方向、蔗糖磷酸合成酶)活性,使反应方向朝着分解蔗糖的方向进行,葡萄糖和果糖大量积累。综上所述,褪黑素能提升葡萄果实的外观品质和内在品质,促进蔗糖分解代谢,进而提高葡萄果实品质。

     

    Abstract: The fruiting trees of grape were used as the experiment materials, and the effects of melatonin on grape fruit quality and sucrose metabolism were studied by spraying melatonin solutions with concentrations of 0,50,100,150 μmol·L-1 and 200 μmol·L-1 in a field experiment.The aim of this study was to screen out the best melatonin concentration that could improve the fruit quality of grape, and in order to provide reference for the application of melatonin in grape production.The results showed that with the increasing of melatonin concentration, the shape index of grape fruit did not change significantly, but the appearance quality such as single fruit weight and the intrinsic quality such as solid-acid ratio and vitamin C increased first and then decreased.When the melatonin concentration was 150 μmol·L-1,the appearance quality such as single fruit weight and the intrinsic quality such as solid-acid ratio and vitamin C were the best.Melatonin treatment increased the contents of glucose and fructose in grape fruit, but did not change the ratio of glucose to fructose.Melatonin had no significant effect on sucrose content in grape fruit.After spraying melatonin, the activities of decomposition enzymes related to sucrose metabolism(soluble acid invertase, soluble neutral invertase, and sucrose synthase decomposition direction) in grape fruit were higher than those of sucrose synthase synthesis direction and sucrose phosphate synthetase, making the reaction direction towards sucrose decomposition, and accumulating glucose and fructose in large quantities.In summary, melatonin can improve the appearance quality and internal quality of grape fruit, promote sucrose catabolism, and further improve the quality of grape fruit.
