Abstract:
Twenty-six Armeniaca vulgaris var.ansu clones of the west Liaoning were used as test materials.Variability analysis, variance analysis, and principal component analysis were used to study the variation characteristics and extent of 25 quantitative traits. The study aimed to provide important reference for the genetic diversity research and breeding of Armeniaca vulgaris var.ansu clones. The results showed that 19 quantitative characters were normal distribution;25 Armeniaca vulgaris var.ansu clones had 23% of the mean value of the variation coefficient of quantitative characters,of which 22 had more than 10% of the variation coefficient, and the variation coefficient of twig length was the largest, reaching 64%.The variation coefficients of single fruit mass, single stone mass and single kernel mass were 24%,21% and 18%,respectively,which indicated that Armeniaca vulgaris var.ansu clones had rich variation degree of quantitative characters and great selection potential. The repeatability of fruit characters of Armeniaca vulgaris var.ansu clones was generally high, followed by the repeatability of main characters of kernel and stone, and the repeatability of main quantitative characters of tree body was lower than the two, reaching a very significant level;the repeatability of fruit characters was above 0.909 except for single fruit mass, single stone mass and kernel thickness, which were 0.634,0.756 and 0.624,respectively,and the repeatability of kernel length was the highest, reaching 0.973.The results of principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first six principal components was 83.50%,which could reflect most of the information of quantitative characters of Armeniaca vulgaris var.ansu clones, and the first principal component mainly reflected economic characters such as kernel and stone of Armeniaca vulgaris var.ansu clones.
