Abstract: In order to solve the outstanding problems faced by the development of pear industry, such as labor shortage, high employment cost and serious aging, the pear tree shape-thin crown tree shape（trunk shape）,wide row and dense plant planting method suitable for mechanized operation and corresponding supporting cultivation technology system were introduced.The outstanding problems existing in its popularization and application were investigated and analyzed, and the suggestions for development and construction were put forward, and the methods suitable for the construction of pear orchards in Gansu Province were summarized.
