Abstract:
Taking ‘Thompson Seedless’ grape as the test material, the photosynthetic characteristics and fruit of grape leaves were monitored by micro-spraying at different heights(WP1,50 cm above the shelf; WP2,50 cm below the shelf; WP3,30 cm above ground). The growth and development of fruit grains, and the effects of different micro-spray heights on the growth and development of grape fruits were studied, in order to provide a reference for the increase and efficiency of ‘Thompon Seedless’ grape. The results showed that the daily average SPAD value of the micro-spraying treatment was higher than that of control, and the daily average SPAD value of WP1 was the highest; the net photosynthetic rate of WP1,WP2,and WP3 were increased by 6.6%,11.2%,and 1.5% lower than control, respectively. The fruit size and growth rate of each treatment were WP2,WP3,CK,WP1 in descending order, and WP2 was significantly different from other treatments. In terms of grape yield indicators, WP2 had the highest yield, reaching 51 490.95 kg·hm
-2,which was an increasing of 6.7% compared with CK;in the other treatments, WP1 and WP3 were 24.2% and 29.1% lower than CK,respectively. It could be concluded that micro-spraying at 50 cm below the shelf for 1 hour a day could promote photosynthesis of grapes and played a certain role in increasing grape production.
