Abstract:
Taking Ophiopogon japonicus as the test material, the effects of different concentrations of fulvic acid spraying on the Ophiopogon japonicus were studied, the agronomic traits, yield, internal quality, the proportion of commercial grades of medicinal materials, the absorption of medium and trace elements and heavy metals were measured, in order to provide reference for the rational application of fulvic acid in the cultivation of Ophiopogon japonicus. The results showed that the yield of Ophiopogon japonicus by fulvic acid was promoted by low concentration, promoted by medium concentration and inhibited by high concentration. After treatment with 1.0-2.0 g·L
-1 fulvic acid, the absorption of calcium, iron and copper elements in tuberous roots was promoted, and the weight of single tuberous root increased significantly, with a maximum increase of 34.19%;it also promoted the accumulation of calcium in leaves. It promoted the increase of the aboveground and underground material accumulation of Ophiopogon japonicus plants, and achieved the growth of root tuber yield. At 1.0 g·L
-1,the yield of medicinal materials was the highest, with an increase of 23.59%,and the proportion of first-class commodities in medicinal materials increased by 14.16%.In terms of the quality of medicinal materials, within this concentration range(1.0-2.0 g·L
-1),the extracts were higher than the control, while the total polysaccharides, total flavonoids, and total saponins were not significantly reduced; the similarity of the fingerprints was as high as 0.977,and the consistency and stability of the control components were good; the content of heavy metals and harmful elements also meets the requirements of the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. In conclusion, it was suggested that the concentration of fulvic acid spraying on leaves of Ophiopogon japonicus was 1.0-2.0 g·L
