Abstract:
Taking wild Chinese wrinkled fungus strain ‘Qian No.1’ tertiary species of wild Auricularia sinodelicata collected in Guizhou Province and walnut, white poplar wood, cotton seed hull, corncob, and mixed sawdust that were abundant or easily available in Guizhou Province as test materials, a single factor research method was used to study the growth, characteristics, and yield performance of the main carbon source materials on the strain, in order to provide reference for the entry of Chinese wrinkled fungus into the market and the application of supporting cultivation techniques in Guizhou Province. The results showed that the mycelium growth rate of white poplar wood and mixed sawdust formulations was the fastest, with good growth and the shortest bag filling time of 22.75 days, followed by walnut, and the longest bag filling time of cotton seed hull was 27.00 days. The cotton seed hull formula weighed up to 35.60 g per basidiocarp, while the walnut formula weighed down to 26.60g.The highest yield of the mixed sawdust formula in the first basidiocarp bag was 257.80gFW,followed by walnut. The minimum value of corncob was 170.00gFW,but the basidiocarp was neat. All formulas had early primordia formation, thick fruiting bodies, and anbasidiocarp emergence rate of over 95%.The morphology of fruiting bodies was close to that of the wild type, with good agronomic traits;the comprehensive performance of mixed sawdust as the main cultivation material was the best.
