Abstract: For the edible fungi industry with good development foundation, the construction of characteristic industry cluster is the only way to its development of high quality and made it bigger, stronger and better.According to the theory of industrial cluster and industrial value chain, this paper discussed the mechanism of industrial cluster on the characteristic industry of edible fungi, and analyzed characteristics of the edible fungi industry as regional aggregation, the variety diversity, complexity of driving factors, the high integration of ‘Three Industries’,and the multi-dimensional organization.And based on the three different subjects of the government, the industry itself, the market, and put forward the construction path of the edible fungi characteristic industry development from five aspects respectively, such as the policy orientation, industry development, market guidance, technical support and financial support.
