生物纳米硒处理对银杏叶生理指标和黄酮含量的影响

Effects of Biological Nano-selenium on the Physiological Indexes and Flavonoids Content in the Leaf of Ginkgo biloba L.

  • 摘要: 以二年生盆栽银杏苗"家佛手"为试材,采用生物纳米硒叶面喷施处理银杏幼苗的方法,研究了不同浓度生物纳米硒处理对银杏叶不同生长时期的生理指标和黄酮含量的影响,以期为银杏栽培、高效利用生物纳米硒提供参考依据。结果表明:相比各月对照组,1.6 mmol·L-1生物纳米硒处理组中银杏叶叶绿素、可溶性糖和总黄酮醇苷含量在7月和9月均有大幅提高,分别高出43.87%、59.92%、43.99%和13.86%、18.60%、35.04%,提升差异显著。纵观1.6 mmol·L-1纳米硒处理组的总黄酮醇苷含量,与8月相比,6、7、9、10月的总黄酮醇苷分别高出6.78%、31.84%、36.70%、9.78%,7月和9月差异显著。综合考虑,喷施1.6 mmol·L-1生物纳米硒肥,在7月和9月采叶,可获得高黄酮含量的银杏叶。

     

    Abstract: Taking two-year old Ginkgo seedling ’Jiafoshou’ as the material,the ginkgo seedlings were sprayed with methods of different concentrations biological nano-selenium,the experiment studied the effects of different concentrations of bio-nano-selenium treatment on the physiological indexes and flavonoid content of ginkgo leaves at different growth stages,which hoping to provide a reference for ginkgo cultivation and efficient use of bio-nano-selenium.The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and total flavonol glycosides in the G.biloba leaf with 1.6 mmol·L-1 biological nano-selenium treatment increased in July and September,which were 43.87%,59.92%,43.99% and 13.86%,18.60%,35.04% higher than control group,and the improvement was significantly different.Paying attention to the 1.6 mmol·L-1 nano-selenium treatment group,the total flavonol glycoside content in June,July,September and October were 6.78%,31.84%,36.70% and 9.78% higher than it in August,which were significant differences in July and September.In conclusion,it could obtain the best quality G.biloba leaf if 1.6 mmol·L-1 biological nano-selenium fertilizer was applied and leaf is collected in July and September.
