烟色离褶伞工厂化栽培菌株的初步筛选

Preliminary Screening of Strains of Lyophyllum fumosum From Factory Culture

  • 摘要: 以10株烟色离褶伞菌株为试材,按照拮抗、固体和液体菌落生长、农艺性状栽培试验的方法,进行不同烟色离褶伞菌株亲缘关系和菌株生长特性研究,以期为烟色离褶伞工厂化栽培提供参考依据。结果表明:通过拮抗试验初步判定出A、B、E、F、I菌株是各自独立菌株,C、D、J、G、H菌株为同一菌株。F菌株综合性状最佳,在固体培养基上培养时,菌丝生长均匀,且生长速度最快,达到(4.45±0.01)mm·d-1;在液体培养基中培养时,菌球密度最大,为188个·mL-1。菌球直径最小,单个菌球直径为1.23 mm,生物量为253 mg·(10mL)-1。在出菇栽培试验中,F菌株的污染率最低,出菇整齐,生物学效率显著高于其它菌株,达到55%。

     

    Abstract: In this study,10 strains of Lyophyllumfumosum were used as materials,and their relationship and growth characteristics were studied through antagonism test,solid and colony growth test in liquid medium and agronomic character cultivation test,in order to provide a reference for the industrial cultivation of Lyophyllumfumosum.The results showed that strains A,B,E,F and I were identified as independent strains by antagonism test,and strains C,D,J,G and H were the same strain.The comprehensive characters of strain F was the best.The mycelium growth was even and the mycelium growth speed was the fastest,reaching(4.45±0.01)mm·d-1 when cultured on solid medium,and the density of fungus ball was the highest,reaching 188 pellet·mL-1,the diameter of fungus ball was the shortest,only 1.23 mm with the biomass of 253 mg·(10 mL)-1 when cultured in liquid medium.In fruiting cultivation experiment,strain F had the lowest contamination rate and grew tidily,the biological efficiency was significantly higher than that of other strains,reaching 55%.
