Abstract: Plant microbial diseases can lead to reduced production,while mycotoxins remain in crops,posing a huge threat to crop production.Due to the gradual formation of drug resistance and residual pollution,the way to control plant microbial diseases by using chemical pesticides was very limited,and the methods of microbial control have attracted the attention of many researchers.In this study,the species of biocontrol bacteria of Bacillus and Pseudomonas,the research status of antagonistic plant diseases,the research of genetic engineering technology of biocontrol bacteria and the research prospect of antagonistic plant diseases were reviewed.
