Abstract: Rape is the second largest crop and the largest oil crop in Jiangxi Province.In recent years,Jiangxi Province sticked to the road of‘Vitalizing Oil through Science and Technology’,take science and technology innovation as the first motive force,and promotes oil production and oil supply capacity.However,the problems that affect the high-quality development of rape industry still exist,such as the weak ability of science and technology innovation,the low degree of mechanization,the insufficient ability of intensive and deep processing,and the lack of market circulation vitality.It was suggested that we should improve the technical efficiency of production,strengthen policy support and guidance,and the strength of scientific and technological innovation and the efficiency of production scale,establish brand names and cultivate leading enterprises,make full use of the multi-functional advantages of rape,and improve the whole industrial chain of rape,strive to achieve high-quality development of Jiangxi rape industry.
