Abstract:
Taking grapes ‘Summer Black’ as experimental material, the method of supplementary light during flowering was adopted. The effects of supplementary light for different time on the growth, development and fruit quality of greenhouse grapes were studied, in order to improve the quality and yield of southern greenhouse grapes. The results showed that the internode thickness of the branches treated with supplementary light for 4 hours and the Fv, Fv/Fm, cluster number treated with supplementary light for 3 hours were significantly higher than those of the control. And supplementary light reduced the Fm, number of fruits per ear, single fruit weight and diameter.Supplementary light had different effects on fruit quality in different periods the tannin content of supplementary light for 3 hours reached the highest in the green fruit period. The content of flavonoid, total phenol and titratable acid treated with supplementary light for 3 hours were significantly higher than those of the control during the color change period. The content of total phenol, flavonoid and tannin treated with supplementary light for 3 hours were significantly higher than the control during the mature period. To a certain extent, supplementary light had a certain promoting effect on the growth and development of branches and leaves and the quality of fruits after color changes.
