干旱胁迫对葡萄砧木110R、1103P和5BB叶片光合特性及抗氧化能力的影响

Effects of Drought Stress on Photosynthetic Characteristics and Antioxidant Capacity of Grape Rootstocks 110R,1103P and 5BB Leaves

  • 摘要: 以葡萄抗旱砧木110R、1103P、5BB为试材,采用常规理化指标测定方法,研究干旱胁迫对葡萄砧木叶片光合特性和抗氧化能力的影响,以期对其进行抗旱性评价。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫的进行,3种葡萄砧木叶片气孔导度、蒸腾速率、光合速率呈降低趋势,胞间CO2浓度先下降后上升。砧木叶片PSⅡ最大光化学效率和PSⅡ实际光能转化效率呈下降趋势。其丙二醛含量呈上升趋势,且5BB的上升幅度最大,110R的上升幅度最小。游离脯氨酸含量呈上升趋势,且110R的上升幅度最大,5BB的上升幅度最小。3种葡萄砧木叶片的过氧化氢酶活性呈上升趋势,且110R的上升幅度最大,5BB的上升幅度最小。超氧化物歧化酶活性先升高后降低;砧木叶片的相对含水量和叶绿素含量均呈下降趋势,且在干旱胁迫第20天,砧木110R的叶片相对含水量高于砧木5BB的叶片相对含水量。综上所述,砧木抗旱性110R>1103P>5BB。

     

    Abstract: The drought resistance of grape rootstocks 110 R,1103 P,5 BB were used as materials,the effects of drought stress on photosynthetic characteristics and anti-oxidation ability of grape rootstocks were studied by using conventional physical and chemical index determination methods.In order to evaluate its resistance.The results showed that the stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and photosynthetic rate of the three rootstocks decreased with the drought stress, and the intercellular CO2 concentration decreased first and then increased.The maximum photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ and the actual photoenergy conversion efficiency of PSⅡ in rootstock leaves showed a decreasing trend. The content of malondialdehyde(MDA) showed a rising trend, and the rising range of 5 BB was the biggest, and the rising range of 110 R was the smallest.The content of free proline showed a rising trend, and the rising range of 110 R was the biggest,the rising range of 5 BB was the smallest.The leaf catalase activity of three grape rootstocks showed a rising trend, and the rising range of rootstock 110 R was the biggest,and the rising range of 5 BB was the smallest.On the 20th day of drought stress,the relative water content in the leaves of rootstock 110 R was higher than that of rootstock 5 BB.In conclusion,the drought resistance of rootstocks was 110 R>1103 P>5 BB.
