Abstract:
The Rehmannia glutinosa ‘Wen 85-5’ was used as test material, the pot experiment method was used to study the effects of six kinds of microbial fertilizers on agronomic traits, yield and quality of Rehmannia glutinosa,the mitigation effects of six kinds of microbial fertilizers on continuous cropping obstacles of Rehmannia glutinosa was clarified, in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of microbial fertilizer in Rehmannia glutinosa production.The results showed that the growth indexes of Rehmannia glutinosa under different treatments were improved compared with the control.The difference between stem diameter and plant height was more obvious.Compared with the control, the fresh weight and dry weight per plant of the Lyuneng agricultural compound microbial fertilizer and Zhongke chemical industry microbial agent increased by 21.19%,27.37% and 51.09%,33.23%,respectively.The contents of iridoid glycosides and phenylethanoid glycosides in the treatment of Lyuneng agricultural compound microbial fertilizer were 31.75% and 37.93% higher than those in the control.The application of microbial fertilizer could slow down the continuous cropping obstacle of Rehmannia glutinosa and promote the growth,yield and quality of continuous cropping Rehmannia glutinosa.Considering effects of different microbial fertilizers on the agronomic traits,medicinal activity content and biological yield of Rehmannia glutinosa comprehensively,the treatment effects of Lyuneng agricultural compound microbial fertilizer was the best,which had excellent promotion value in alleviating the continuous cropping obstacle of Rehmannia glutinosa.
