盐碱胁迫对不同甜瓜品种种子萌发及植株生长发育的影响

摘要: 以"伽师瓜""比谢可齐""86-1""库克白热"4个甜瓜品种为试材,采用随机区组设计,研究了50 mmol·L-1(NaCl∶Na2SO4∶NaHCO3∶Na2CO3=9∶1∶1∶9,pH 10.80)复合盐碱液对甜瓜种子萌发及植株生长发育的影响,旨在探明这4个甜瓜品种在该浓度盐碱条件下植株的生长发育情况并评价其耐盐能力,以期为甜瓜在新疆南疆地区盐碱土地栽培中提供参考依据。结果表明:50 mmol·L-1盐碱液胁迫后4个甜瓜品种种子的萌发率均显著低于对照,幼苗的干物质量积累明显降低,生长期的根长、株高、叶片数、叶片质量和茎鲜质量较对照显著降低,净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)及叶绿素含量均明显下降。综合上述结果可知,该浓度的复合盐碱液严重抑制了甜瓜的正常生长发育;4个品种的耐盐碱能力差异较大,"伽师瓜"的耐盐碱性较好,表现为耐盐碱,"比谢可齐"为盐碱敏感品种。Abstract: Four melon varieties including‘Jiashi Melon’‘Biceke’‘86-1’‘Kukebaire’were taken as test materials,a random block design were used to study the effects of saline-alkali(NaCl∶Na2 SO4 ∶NaHCO3∶ Na2 CO3 =9∶1∶1∶9,pH 10.80)stress on seed germination and plant growth,the concentration of saline-alkali solution was 50 mmol·L-1.The purpose of this study was to investigate the growth and development of the four melon varieties under the saline-alkali conditions and evaluate their salt tolerance,so as to provide a reference basis for melon cultivation in saline-alkali soil in southern Xinjiang.The results showed that the seed germination rate of four melon varieties was significantly lower than control group,the dry matter accumulation was also significantly reduced,the root length,plant height,leaf number,leaf weight and stem fresh weight were significantly reduced compared with the control group,at last,the photosynthetic parameters Pn,Gs,Tr and chlorophyll contents were also significantly decreased.Based on the above results,it could be seen that the combined saline solution of this concentration seriously inhibits the normal growth and development of melon.The saline-alkali tolerance of the four cultivars was different,‘Jiashi Melon’was a saline-alkali tolerant variety,and the saline-alkali tolerance of‘Biceke’was sensitive.
