Abstract:
Twenty-two production strains were used as materials to compare the mycelium growth in cPDA medium and cultivated medium. The growth of cPDA medium and cultivated medium was studied under the cold conditions and the ‘autumn sowing and spring harvest’ model.Cultivation tests were also used to compare different strains, in order to screen suitable production strains of Morchella esculenta for cultivation in cold areas. The results showed that 22 strains were divided into 3 groups, according to the growth in cPDA medium; while they were divided into 2 groups, according to the growth of cultivated tests.Base on the cultivation test results, the fruiting bodies of strain No.9 formed earlier, and strain No.9 had the highest yield, with a single border yield of 5 319 g.The fruiting bodies formation time of strain No.21,No.19 and No.12 performed later than strain No.9,the yield was 4 341 g, 4 059 g and 3 429 g, respectively.Good results were obtained after three production cycles of multi-point test cultivation. It was preliminarily confirmed that four strains could be popularized and used in cold areas.
