基于植物叶片解剖结构的抗逆性评价研究进展

Research Progress of Stress Resistance Evaluation Based on the Anatomy of Plant Leaves

  • 摘要: 植物在生长发育的过程中,会遇到很多不利因素的影响,这些不利的因素包括高盐、寒害、干旱以及病害等极端环境,这些极端环境统称为逆境。叶片是植物中最容易受到外界影响的器官,其形态结构最容易随着环境条件的不同而发生变化,以适应所处的环境。该研究综述了植物在逆境条件下,其叶片的表皮结构,气孔以及各种组织的响应及它们所表现出来受伤害的程度,为提高植物的抗逆能力以及选育抗逆性品种研究提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: In the process of plant growth and development,it will definitely encounter the influence of many unfavorable factors.These unfavorable factors include extreme environments such as high salt,cold damage,drought and disease.These extreme environments are collectively called adversity.The leaf is the most susceptible organ in the plant,and its morphological structure is most likely to change with different environmental conditions to adapt to the environment.This study was reviewed the epidermal structure,stomatal and various tissue responses of plants under stress,and the degree of damage they showed,providing a theoretical basis for improving the plant′s stress resistance and breeding resistant varieties.
