Abstract:
Taking ‘Shengding No.1’ green pepper as the research material, the method of field experiment was used, the effects of additional application of microbial agents on the growth, quality and soil nutrient status of green peppers were studied,in order to provide a reference for the rational addition of microbial agents to green peppers. The results showed that the increased application of microbial agent A containing side spore short bacillus could promote the growth of green peppers and improve the fruit quality and yield of green peppers and soil nutrients.Compared with other treatments, the treatment of reduced fertilization plus microbial agent A promoted the growth of green peppers and had the most obvious effect on improving fruit quality and yield.Compared with other treatments with additional microbial agents, the plant height, stem diameter and chlorophyll of green peppers have been increased to varying degrees, which increased the vitamin C content, soluble protein content, soluble solids content and total yield of green peppers by 3.3% to 15.1%,14.2% to 25.2%,6.2% to 8.8% and 23.3% to 36.2%,the nitrate content has been reduced by 9.1% to 11.8%.Compared with other treatments, the treatment of conventional fertilization plus microbial agent A hadthe most obvious effect of increasing soil nutrient content.Compared with other treatments with additional application of microbial agents, the soil nitrate nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium content increased by 3.5% to 9.4%,4.8% to 14.0% and 3.5% to 9.6%,respectively.Increasing application of microbial agent A containing side spore short bacillus could be used as a method to promote the growth of green peppers, increase fruit quality and yield, and improve soil nutrients.
