Abstract:
Tomato seedlings were used as test materials.Under the conditions of different C/N ratios(20,25 and 30) of mixed materials of caragana and chicken manure, two factors and three levels comparison method was adopted.With imported commercial substrate as control(CK),12 treatments included four treatments SC,SCB,SCG and SCBG(SC,straw mixed with chicken manure; B,biochar; G,gypsum) under three conditions of C/N 20(level Ⅰ),C/N 25(level Ⅱ) and C/N 30(level Ⅲ),The application effect of biochar and desulfurized gypsum on regulating fermentation ripening products as vegetable seedlings was studied, in order to provide reference for the substrate production of caragana horticulture.The results showed that there were 7 indicators of level Ⅰ>level Ⅱ>level Ⅲ,6 indicators of level Ⅱ>level Ⅰ>level Ⅲ,2 indicators of level Ⅲ>level Ⅰ>level Ⅱ(including 1 indicator reverse),and 1 indicator of level Ⅲ>level Ⅱ>level Ⅰ.Therefore, level Ⅰ and level Ⅱ(C/N of 20 and 25) were more conducive to the growth of tomato seedlings.At the SCBG level, there were 11 index numbers(plant height, stem diameter, biomass, healthy seedling index, etc.) in the first row, at the SCB level, there were 2 index numbers in the first row, at the SC level, there were 2 index numbers in the first row, and at the SCG level, there was 1 index number in the first row.Adding 5% biomass carbon and desulfurized gypsum in the process of caragana powder stromelization, and regulating the C/N between 20-25,the stromelized raw materials obtained were more conducive to the improvement of tomato seedling quality.
