Abstract: Auricularia heimuer is one of the major cultivate edible fungus in China with high nutritional and medicinal value.In recent years,with the development of the A.heimuer industry and the strengthening of national natural forest protection,the supply of sawdust had become increasingly serious.The crop straw was an ideal raw material for cultivation edible fungi because of its wide source,large quantities,great variety,low price and rich nutrition.At present,the cultivation of A.heimuer using crop straw has become the research focuses in relevant departments.In order to give a reference for the following studies,this study summarized the research status,existing problems and the prospects of the technique cultivating A.heimuer with crop straw in the basis of previous studies.
