Abstract:
Taking Lycium barbarum leaves ‘Ningqi 9’ as test material, conventional irrigation mode was control(T1),a field experiment was carried out to study the effects of water and fertilizer integration(T2) treatment on moisture content, dry matter accumulation and nutrient absorption of Lycium barbarum leaves, in order to provide reference for fertilizer-saving irrigation technology of Lycium barbarum leaves. The results showed that, 1)the soil moisture content of the irrigation mode of water and fertilizer integration technology was significantly higher than that of the conventional irrigation mode, and it could meet the water demand of all roots of Lycium barbarum leaves, and reduce the ineffective loss of soil water.2)The integrated application of water and fertilizer significantly promoted the dry matter accumulation of Lycium barbarum leaves, and the dry matter accumulation of stem and leaf increased by 42.9% and 73.4%,respectively.3)The total absorption of N,P
2O
5 and K
2O in T2 treatment was 15.8%,27.4% and 12.4% higher than that in T1 treatment, respectively. In the picking period, the proportion of N in the leaves of T2 treatment was 29.2% higher than that of T1 treatment, P
2O
5 in T2 treatment was 40.2% higher than that of T1 treatment, and K
2O in T2 treatment was 32.3% higher than T1 treatment.4)The nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer use efficiency of T2 treatment was 72%,57% and 39% higher than that of T1 treatment. The yield and water use efficiency increased by 69% and 141%,respectively.Water and fertilizer integration technology could improve the soil water content, dry matter and nutrient accumulation of Lycium barbarum leaves, and realize the real meaning of water and fertilizer saving.
