DNA分子标记技术在黑木耳中的研究进展

Research Progress of DNA Molecular Marker Technology in Auricularia heimuer

  • 摘要: 黑木耳(Auricularia heimuer)是我国食用菌产业中不可或缺的一个品种,同时分子生物学试验研究的热度与日俱增,尤其随着转录组学、蛋白组学、基因组学、生物信息学等分子生物学技术快速发展,分子标记技术已经广泛应用于黑木耳研究中。该研究概括了DNA分子标记技术的种类特点及应用,综述了近年来常用的DNA分子标记技术(ITS、SSR、ISSR、SRAP)在黑木耳遗传多样性与亲缘关系分析、遗传图谱构建等中的应用现状,总结了DNA分子标记技术在黑木耳研究中存在的问题,并对未来的发展趋势和应用前景进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Auricularia heimuer is an indispensable variety in the edible fungus industry in China, and its molecular biology experimental research is increasingly hot, especially with the rapid development of molecular biology technologies such as transcriptome, proteomics, genomics, bioinformatics and so on, molecular marker technology has been widely used in Auricularia heimuer research.In this study, the characteristics and applications of DNA molecular markers were summarized, and the application status of DNA molecular markers(ITS,SSR,ISSR,SRAP) in the genetic diversity and genetic relationship analysis of Auricularia heimuer and the construction of genetic map were reviewed.The problems of DNA molecular markers of Auricularia heimuer were summarized, and prospected the development trend and application prospect in the future.
