Abstract:
Chinese cabbage variety of ‘Zaoshu No.5’was used as experimental material, with the potting experiment, four treatment concentrations were investigated. The effects of four cupric pesticides on the antioxidant enzyme activities of Chinese cabbage were studied by measuring the changes in activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT),to provide scientific guidance for the safe use of cupric pesticides in the growth of vegetables. The experiment results showed that 1 800 mg·L
-1 copper oxychloride 1 days and 2 586 mg·L
-1 cuprous oxide two days produce phytotoxicity, and thiodiazole-copper and saisen tong were safe for Chinese cabbage growth at the studied concentrations. The four cupric pesticides at the recommended concentration had certain effects on the activities of antioxidant enzymes in Chinese cabbage. The superoxide dismutase(SOD)was the most sensitive and could be used as a marker for Chinese cabbage under copper stress to prevent drug damage. In the four agents, copper oxychloride was the most susceptible to drug damage to Chinese cabbage, followed by cuprous oxide, while thiodiazole-copper and saisen tong were relatively safe to cabbage.
