四种铜制剂对小白菜抗氧化酶活性的影响

Effects of Four Cupric Pesticides on Antioxidant Enzyme Activities of Chinese Cabbage

  • 摘要: 以"早熟五号"小白菜为试材,采用盆栽方式,设定4种处理浓度,通过测定小白菜叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化物酶(POD),过氧化氢酶(CAT)3种抗氧化酶活性的变化,研究了4种铜制剂对小白菜抗氧化酶活性的影响,以期为铜制剂在蔬菜生长中的安全使用提供参考依据。结果表明:1 800 mg·L-1王铜药后1 d、2 586 mg·L-1氧化亚铜药后2 d开始对小白菜产生药害,噻森铜和噻菌铜在研究浓度条件下对小白菜生长安全。推荐剂量下4种铜制剂对小白菜体内抗氧化酶活性均有一定影响,其中以SOD最为敏感,可将其作为小白菜受到铜制剂胁迫时的标记物,预防药害产生。4种药剂中王铜对小白菜最容易产生药害,氧化亚铜其次,而噻菌铜和噻森铜对小白菜相对安全。

     

    Abstract: Chinese cabbage variety of ‘Zaoshu No.5’was used as experimental material,with the potting experiment,four treatment concentrations were investigated.The effects of four cupric pesticides on the antioxidant enzyme activities of Chinese cabbage were studied by measuring the changes in activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT),to provide scientific guidance for the safe use of cupric pesticides in the growth of vegetables.The experiment results showed that 1 800 mg·L-1 copper oxychloride 1 days and 2 586 mg·L-1 cuprous oxide two days produce phytotoxicity,and thiodiazole-copper and saisen tong were safe for Chinese cabbage growth at the studied concentrations.The four cupric pesticides at the recommended concentration had certain effects on the activities of antioxidant enzymes in Chinese cabbage.The superoxide dismutase(SOD)was the most sensitive and could be used as a marker for Chinese cabbage under copper stress to prevent drug damage.In the four agents,copper oxychloride was the most susceptible to drug damage to Chinese cabbage,followed by cuprous oxide,while thiodiazole-copper and saisen tong were relatively safe to cabbage.
