Abstract:
Taking tulip continuous cropping in Zhaosu county, Yili, Xinjiang as the test material, the high-throughput sequencing(Illumina Miseq 2x300bp)and bioinformatics analysis method were used, the soil microbial diversity of tulip continuous cropping was studied, the effect of soil microbial dynamics on continuous cropping barriers of tulip was explored,in order to provide reference for the effective preventing of tulip continuous cropping obstacles. The results showed that bacteria mainly belonged to 317 genera of 35 phyla and fungi mainly belonged to 231 genera of 9 phyla in 15 soil samples of 5 different continuous cropping years.Soil microbial diversity decreased with continuous cropping years, and the relative abundance of species changed significantly with continuous cropping years.
