Abstract:
The seedling of tomato variety ‘Xianyang Strawberry’was used as experimental material. The seedlings in two leaves and one heart period were treated with MeJA,fusarium crown and root rot pathogen(FORL)and MeJA+FORL,and the seedling growth index were tested, disease resistance index and physiological index,to study the relationship between methyl jasmonate(MeJA)-induced increase in resistance to fusarium crown and root rot of tomato(FCRR)and enzymes related to reactive oxygen metabolism in order to provide reference for disease resistance. The results showed that MeJA treatment was beneficial to promote the growth of‘Xianyang Strawberry’.The POD,SOD activities,Pro and MDA contents of MeJA+FORL and FORL treatments showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of the number of days of inoculation, and MeJA+FORL could significantly reduce the disease index. It can be seen that the exogenous spraying of MeJA can induce tomato resistance to FORL.
