茉莉酸甲酯对番茄颈腐根腐病抑制效果

Inhibitory Effect of Methyl Jasmonate on Fusarium Crown and Root Rot of Tomato

  • 摘要: 以易感FCRR番茄品种‘鲜阳草莓’为试材,在幼苗两叶一心时采用苯莉酯甲酯(MeJA)、颈腐根腐病病原菌(FORL)及MeJA+FORL处理植株,并进行幼苗生长指标、抗病指数及生理指标的检测,研究了MeJA诱导番茄提高颈腐根腐病(FCRR)抗性的可能性与活性氧代谢相关酶的关系,以期为该病防治提供参考依据。结果表明:MeJA处理有利于‘鲜阳草莓’幼苗生长;MeJA+FORL和FORL处理的过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性及脯氨酸、丙二醛含量随着接种天数的增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势,并且MeJA+FORL可显著降低病情指数。外源喷施MeJA可以诱导番茄对FORL的抗性。

     

    Abstract: The seedling of tomato variety ‘Xianyang Strawberry’was used as experimental material.The seedlings in two leaves and one heart period were treated with MeJA,fusarium crown and root rot pathogen(FORL)and MeJA+FORL,and the seedling growth index were tested,disease resistance index and physiological index,to study the relationship between methyl jasmonate(MeJA)-induced increase in resistance to fusarium crown and root rot of tomato(FCRR)and enzymes related to reactive oxygen metabolism in order to provide reference for disease resistance.The results showed that MeJA treatment was beneficial to promote the growth of‘Xianyang Strawberry’.The POD,SOD activities,Pro and MDA contents of MeJA+FORL and FORL treatments showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of the number of days of inoculation,and MeJA+FORL could significantly reduce the disease index.It can be seen that the exogenous spraying of MeJA can induce tomato resistance to FORL.
