Abstract: Nutrition and medicinal of Morchella sp. value is very high, its cultivation technology gradually improved.The yield and economic benefit of Morchella sp. cultivated in solar greenhouse are very considerable.From variety selection, bacterial preparation, soil selection and treatment, border making, sowing, mulching film, management of germinating period, making, placing and management of nutrition bag, management of conservation period and mushroom growing period, integrated prevention and control of diseases and pests, we summarized the cultivation techniques of Morchella with high quality, high yield and high efficiency from 11 aspects, in order to provide reference for the scientific management of northern Morchella esculenta cultivation.
