河南地区大蒜-嫁接紫长茄套种轻简化栽培模式

Light and Simplified Cultivation Mode of Garlic-grafted Long Purple Eggplant Inter-planting in Henan

摘要: 该研究介绍了2019—2021年课题组在郑州周边大型流转园区内推广的大蒜-嫁接紫长茄套种轻简化栽培模式、生产管理方法及后期套种嫁接紫长茄的栽培管理措施，分析了该间套种模式优势及效益。结果表明：大蒜近年来平均售价6元·kg^-1,667 m²产值为6 600～9 800元；紫长茄平均售价2.5元·kg^-1,667 m²收益为18 750～25 000元；除去成本后，该模式667 m²净收入15 970～25 420元，经济效益较好。

Abstract: The model of intercropping and interplanting forgarlic and long purple eggplant in Large Parks of land transfer around Zhengzhou in 2019—2021 was introduced,and the techniques of intercropping and interplanting for garlic and long purple eggplant were described.The model of the advantages and profits were analyzed retrospectively.The average price of garlic was 6RMB·kg^-1,output value per 667m²was about 6 600-9 800RMB.The average price of long purple eggplant was more than 2.5RMB·kg^-1,and the output value per 667m²was more than 18 750-25 000RMB.According to the market average price in the past three years and exclude the cost of production,the total benefit of the plot per 667m²was about 15 970-25 420RMB,and the economic benefit was good.
