Abstract:
Taking the aerial part of Shexian bupleurum as test materials,the ethanol reflux extraction process of total flavonoids was studied and optimized by single factors test and four factors and threelevels orthogonal test.The antioxidant activity of the extract and compound with vitamin C were studied,in order to provide reference for the further development and utilization of bupleurum in Shexian.The results showed that,1)the best extraction process for total flavonoids from aerial part of bupleurum was solid-liquid ratio was 1:20g·mL
-1,extraction time was 2 hours,extraction temperature was 70℃,and ethanol concentration was 60%.2)The half inhibition rate concentration(IC
50)of total flavonoids from aerial part of bupleurum against DPPH·,·OH and ■radical were0.223,0.413mg·mL
-1 and 0.445mg·mL
-1,respectively.3)It showed a certain synergistic effect after compounding with vitamin C,the best synergistic effect was compound solution (1:3)in all experimental groups.In conclusion,the total flavonoids in the aerial part of Shexian bupleurum had good antioxidant capacity.
