华北地区灌水量对设施甜瓜产量、品质及耗水特征影响
Effects of Irrigation Amount on Yield,Quality and Water Consumption Characteristics of Protected Muskmelon in North China

摘要: 以厚皮甜瓜"西州蜜25号"为试材,对4个灌水量(W1:7.5 mm;W2:15.0 mm;W3:22.5 mm;W4(CK):30.0 mm)下,甜瓜各生育期0~60 cm土壤水分动态进行监测,结合作物产量分析甜瓜水分利用效率,同时对植株干物质量及甜瓜果实的品质进行测定,以期为探求灌水量对华北地区设施甜瓜产量、水分利用效率(WUE)、耗水特征及品质的影响。结果表明:灌水量与耗水量呈线性正相关,耗水量与产量呈二次曲线关系,耗水量与WUE呈线性负相关。W3产量最高,高于对照4.6%;随着灌水减少,水分利用效率显著增高,与CK相比增高56.81%~84.81%。降低灌水量,甜瓜各个生育期耗水强度显著降低,同时增加对土壤贮水消耗;品质综合评价指标随灌水量增高先增高后降低,W2品质最高,显著高于对照。综合考虑产量、品质、水分利用效率条件下,华北地区设施厚皮甜瓜选择每次灌溉15.0~22.5 mm为宜。Abstract: ‘Xizhoumi No.25’ was used as the material to monitor the soil water dynamics of 0-60 cm in different growth stages of melon under four irrigation amounts(W1:7.5 mm;W2:15.0 mm;W3:22.5 mm;W4(CK):30.0 mm),the plant dry matter mass and melon fruit quality were measured,in order to explore the effects of irrigation amount on the yield,water use efficiency(WUE),water consumption characteristics and quality of muskmelon in North China.The results showed that irrigation amount and water consumption were linear positive correlation,water consumption and yieldwere quadratic curve relationship,water consumption and WUE were linear negative correlation.The yield of W3 was the highest,which was 4.6%higher than that of CK.With the decrease of irrigation,WUE increased by 56.81%-84.81% compared with CK.With the increase of irrigation amount,the water consumption intensity of melon in each growth period decreased significantly,and the water consumption of soil storage was increased at the same time;the comprehensive quality evaluation index of muskmelon first increased and then decreased with the increase of irrigation water,and the quality of W2 was the highest,which was significantly higher than that of the control.Considering the yield,quality and water use efficiency,15.0-22.5 mm irrigation is suitable for thick skinned muskmelon in North China.
