不同菌剂对越冬茬番茄抗性及品质的影响

Effects of Different Bactericides on Resistance and Quality of Overwintering Tomato

  • 摘要: 以抗逆性中等口感型番茄“水果沃特”为试材,采用基质拌菌育苗及菌剂组合灌根处理方法,研究了不同菌剂及菌剂组合对日光温室越冬茬番茄栽培中低温冷害的防御效果及品质的影响,以期提高越冬茬番茄对不良环境的适应性、抗寒性以及果实品质。结果表明:T3(草根8号+卓润微生物菌剂)处理、T5(草根8号+枯草芽孢杆菌)处理进行基质拌菌育苗和定植后灌根处理,可促进番茄幼苗的生长及干物质积累,番茄叶片中防御酶活性和可溶性蛋白质含量升高,冷害指数显著降低,可有效提升越冬茬番茄抵御低温冷害的潜能。在番茄果实品质中,根据平均隶属函数值分析得出,综合排名为T1(卓润微生物菌剂)>T5(草根8号+枯草芽孢杆菌)>T3(草根8号+卓润微生物菌剂)>T4(草根8号+哈茨1号微生物菌剂)>CK(清水对照)>T2(哈茨1号微生物菌剂)>T6(十亿活菌土壤修复菌剂)。综上,T5(草根8号+枯草芽孢杆菌)处理对提高越冬茬番茄抗性和品质有较好的效果,可在越冬茬番茄种植中进行推广应用。

     

    Abstract: The effects of different bactericides and bactericides combinations on the low temperature and cold damage defense of overwintering tomato were studied by using the medium taste and strain resistance tomato ‘Fruit Water’ as the test material, in order to improve the adaptability, cold resistance and fruit quality of overwintering tomato.The results showed that, T3(Rhizome 8+Zorrun microbial agent) treatment and T5(Rhizome 8+Bacillus subtilis) treatment could promote the growth and dry matter accumulation of tomato seedlings, increase the defense enzyme activity and soluble protein content in tomato leaves, and significantly reduce the cold damage index.It could effectively improve the resistance potential of overwintering tomato to cold damage.In tomato fruit quality, according to the average membership function value analysis, the overall ranking was T1(Zorun microbial microbial agent) >T5(Grass root 8+Bacillus subtilis) >T3(Grass root 8+Zorun microbial microbial agent) >T4(Grass root 8+Hartz microbial microbial agent 1) >CK(Clean water control) >T2(Hartz microbial microbial agent 1) >T6(One billion live bacteria soil repair bacterial agent).In conclusion, T5(Root 8+Bacillus subtilis) treatment had a good effect on improving the resistance and quality of overwintering stubble tomatoes, and could be popularized and applied in overwintering stubble tomato planting.
