林下种植灵芝内生细菌和放线菌的分离鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Endophytes and Actinomycetes From Underwood Planting Ganoderma lucidum

  • 摘要: 以林下种植灵芝为试材,采用16S rDNA鉴定方法,研究了不同分离方法对灵芝内生细菌和放线菌多样性的影响,以期能够发现产生活性成分的菌种或者新种,从而推动微生物医药的发展进程。结果表明:从健康的灵芝子实体内分离得到放线菌1门1属的4个菌株(LZ-F1、LZ-F2、LZ-F3、LZ-F4)和细菌2门4属的5个菌株(LZ-B1、LZ-B2、LZ-B3、LZ-B4、LZ-B5)。4株放线菌均属于链霉菌属(Streptomyces),5株细菌分别属于周杆菌属(Peribacillus)、假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)、新根瘤菌属(Neorhizobium)和芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)。该研究为其它食用菌内生菌的分离提供了技术支撑,也为灵芝活性成分的进一步开发利用提供了较好的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: The underwood planting Ganderma lucidum was used as test material, the effect of different separation methods on the diversity of endophytic bacteria and actinomycetes of G.lucidum was studied by using 16S rDNA identification method, in order to find the strains or new species that produce active ingredients to promote the development of microbial medicine.The results showed that four strains belonging to one genus and one phylum of actinomycetes(LZ-F1,LZ-F2,LZ-F3,LZ-F4) and five strains belonging to four genera and two phyla of bacteria(LZ-B1,LZ-B2,LZ-B3,LZ-B4,LZ-B5) were isolated from healthy G.lucidum fruiting bodies.All four actinomycetes belong to Streptomyces,five strains belong to Peribacillius,Pseudomonas,Neorrhizobium and Bacillus respectively.This study provided technical support for the isolation of other edible fungi, and provided a good reference value for the further development and utilization of active ingredients of G.lucidum.
