Abstract:
The underwood planting Ganderma lucidum was used as test material, the effect of different separation methods on the diversity of endophytic bacteria and actinomycetes of G.lucidum was studied by using 16S rDNA identification method, in order to find the strains or new species that produce active ingredients to promote the development of microbial medicine. The results showed that four strains belonging to one genus and one phylum of actinomycetes(LZ-F1,LZ-F2,LZ-F3,LZ-F4) and five strains belonging to four genera and two phyla of bacteria(LZ-B1,LZ-B2,LZ-B3,LZ-B4,LZ-B5) were isolated from healthy G.lucidum fruiting bodies. All four actinomycetes belong to Streptomyces, five strains belong to Peribacillius,Pseudomonas,Neorrhizobium and Bacillus respectively. This study provided technical support for the isolation of other edible fungi, and provided a good reference value for the further development and utilization of active ingredients of G.lucidum.
