“龙香”梨杂交后代果实品质性状多样性分析

Diversity Analysis of Fruit Quality Traits of ‘Longxiang’ Pear Hybrid Offspring

  • 摘要: 以“龙香”梨为试材,采用相关性分析、聚类分析和多样性分析等方法,研究了果实单果质量、种子长、可滴定酸等18个性状,以期明确杂交后代果实性状间的差异性及相关性,结合目标性状筛选品质更佳的优良株系。结果表明:12个描述性状中多样性指数最高的为萼洼深度(0.7176),18个数量性状中变异系数最大的为叶绿素a(65.02%)。单果质量与果实外观呈极显著正相关,可滴定酸与固酸比呈极显著负相关。通过对果实进行聚类分析和主成分分析筛选出10个优良株系,为早期筛选提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Taking ‘Longxiang’ pear as the test material, correlation analysis, cluster analysis, and diversity analysis were used to study 18 traits of fruit quality, seed length, and titratable acidity.In order to clarify the differences and correlations in fruit traits among hybrid offspring, and to screen superior plant lines with better quality based on target traits.The results showed that among the 12 described traits, the highest diversity index was calyx depression depth(0.717 6),and the highest variation coefficient was chlorophyll a(65.02%) among the 18 quantitative traits.There was a significant positive correlation between fruit weight and fruit appearance, and a significant negative correlation between titrable acid and solid acid ratio.Ten excellent lines were selected by cluster analysis and principal component analysis, which provided the reference basis for early screening.
