pH和微量元素对中国石竹花色及花色素苷含量的影响

Effects of pH and Trace Elements on Flower Colors and Anthocyanin Contents in Dianthus chinensis L.

  • 摘要: 以野生中国石竹为试材,采用不同pH的酸碱缓冲液和含不同微量元素的溶液处理离体花苞的方法,研究了不同pH和微量元素对野生中国石竹花色和花色素苷含量的影响,以期为今后中国石竹的绿化应用提供参考依据。结果表明:pH 4和pH 5时,花瓣变红,pH范围在6~8花色未变化,pH 9和pH 10时花瓣褪色;与pH 7下的相比,pH 4和pH 10下花色素苷含量均显著降低。与未处理相比,CuSO4<1.88×10-2 mol·L-1时,花蕾能正常开放,花色变浅,花色素苷含量减少;ZnSO4处理下花瓣中的花色素苷含量显著增加;随(NH42Mo2O7浓度的增加,花瓣蓝色加深,花色素苷含量增加。因此,中国石竹可适应的pH范围在6~8,环境中的微量元素对其观赏性有影响。

     

    Abstract: The detached flower buds of wild Dianthus chinensis L.was used as test materials and was treated with different pH acid-base buffers and trace elements.The effects of pH and trace elements on the flower color and the anthocyanin content were studied, in order to provide a reference for the greening of Dianthus chinensis L.in the future.The results showed that the petals turned red under pH 4 and pH 5,and thurned light under 9 and 10.There was no change from 6 to 8.The anthocyanin contents under pH 4 and pH 10 were significantly lower than those under pH 7.Compared with the untreatment, the flower buds in vitro bloomed, the flower colors became light and the anthocyanin contents decreased as CuSO4 concentrations below 1.88×10-2 mol·L-1.The ZnSO4 increased the anthocyanin contents of petals.With the increase of(NH42Mo2O7 concentrations, the petal turned blue gradually and the anthocyanin contents increased.Therefore, the ornamental characters of Dianthus chinensis L.would not be influenced under the pH ranging from 6 to 8,and influenced by the trace elements in the environment.
