Abstract:
Taking ginseng decomposition products as experimental materials, and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography high-resolution quadrupole electrostatic field orbital trap mass spectrometry(UPLC-Orbitrap-MS) method was applied. The effects of decomposition on the components of protopanaxadiol type(PPD) and protopanaxatriol type(PPT) saponins in four different parts of ginseng stem, leaf, fibrous root, whole root and whole plant were studied,in order to provide reference for the in-depth study of the material basis of ginseng’s chemosensory effects. The results showed that a total of 19 ginsenosides were deduced and identified in different parts of ginseng plants and its soil decomposition. After decomposition by soil microorganisms,PPD-type ginsenosides Rb

4.The composition and proportion of ginsenosides in different parts of ginseng varied. After decomposition, the ginsenosides in the corresponding parts presented a certain degree of structural transformation. And the transformation patterns of PPD and PPT-type ginsenosides were the same in all parts, resulting in a higher proportion of rare ginsenosides in the decompositions.
