Abstract: Through the analysis of the willingness and influencing factors of farmers in Fengning county to grow organic vegetables, to provide advice for farmers in Fengning county to improve their enthusiasm for organic vegetable cultivation.We would further promote the development of organic vegetable industry in Fengning county, thus promoting the balance between supply and demand of organic vegetable industry in Hebei Province.Based on the research data of rural organic vegetable growers, leading enterprises and cooperatives in four areas, Datan town, Fish Mountain town, Outer Groove Gate township and Tucheng, Fengning county, Hebei Province.Using the regression analysis（Logistic）model, the empirical analysis of the factors affecting farmers′ willingness to grow organic vegetables was carried out.To explore measures to promote farmers′ enthusiasm to grow organic vegetables and provide the way of supplying organic vegetables.The results showed that the economic benefits and planting techniques of growing organic vegetables in Fengning county played an important role in the cultivation of organic vegetables by farmers, and the personal endowments of farmers and government subsidies played an important role in the cultivation of organic vegetables by farmers.Finally, it puted forward some policy suggestions to strengthen the publicity of the technical importance of organic vegetable production, give play to the role of farmers′ demonstration and support the new agricultural management subjects, etc.to effectively improve the enthusiasm of farmers in Fengning county to grow organic vegetables and promoted the healthy development of the organic vegetable industry in Fengning county.
