Abstract:
Taking ‘Guichang’ kiwifruit as the test material, the stem-end rot pathogens′ diversity and pathogenicity of ‘Guichang’ kiwifruit were studied by pathogen isolation, morphological identification, molecular biological identification and pathogenicity determination, in order to provide reference for the prevention of the kiwifruit stem-end rot.The results showed that there were 8 pathogen strains belonging to 4 categories, respectively are Neofusicoccum sp.,Diaporthe sp.,Botryosphaeria sp.and Pestalotiopsis sp.,and the detection rates were 25.0%,50.0%,12.5%,12.5%.The strain sequence was uploaded to GeneBank and login numbers were MK5875050-MK587753,MK587756,MK587760,MK587762,MK5875063.The pathogenicity of 8 isolates was classified into strong pathogenicity(37.5%),moderate pathogenicity(25.0%) and weak pathogenicity(37.5%) by cluster analysis. There was no correlation between the pathogenicity of each strain and its genus.
