Abstract:
Three kind of Auricularia cornea strains were used as test materials, and the two-factor analysis of variance was used to study the effects of wood chips, corn cobs, cotton seed husks and wheat bran on the laccase production of Auricularia cornea strains, in order to lay a theoretical foundation for increasing and improving the yield and quality of Auricularia cornea. The results showed that the laccase activity of different Auricularia cornea strains was extremely different(P<0.001),and the culture medium also had a significant impact on the laccase activity(P<0.001).The overall order of the laccase activity secreted by the tested strains was Auricularia cornea 781>new white Auricularia cornea 01>Zhang′er 43-28.The maximum activity of laccase secreted by Auricularia cornea 781 and new white Auricularia cornea 01 were 355.28 U·L
-1,334.44 U·L
-1,and the maximum activity of laccase secreted Zhang′er 43-28 was only 92.11 U·L
-1.In addition, the laccase activity of the Auricularia corneastrains in the basic medium containing wheat bran was generally higher than that of the basic medium containing cotton seed hulls, wood chips or corn cobs, indicating that the wheat bran had a better induction on laccase production of different Auricularia corneastrains.
