Abstract: Bacterial diseases seriously affect the ornamental value and economic value of garden plants, and most bacterial diseases are still lack of effective control measures.In view of this phenomenon, garden plants, garden plant bacterial diseases and their main prevention and control methods were summarized.The pathogens causing bacterial diseases of garden plants were introduced in detail, mainly included Agrobacterium,Clavibacter,Erwinia,Xanthomonas,Pseudomonas,etc.The advantages and disadvantages of chemical control, biological control, agricultural control, bacteriophage control and their effects on plants were reviewed.The advantages of bacteriophage in controlling plant bacterial diseases, the factors affecting bacteriophage and the application status of bacteriophage were summarized.
