软枣猕猴桃抗寒性研究进展

Research Progress on Cold Resistance of Actinidia arguta

  • 摘要: 异常的气候变化严重制约了软枣猕猴桃产业的发展和种植区域的北扩南移。低温是软枣猕猴桃种植中重要的非生物胁迫之一,它对软枣猕猴桃的生长发育有很大的影响,轻者造成产量下降,重者导致植株死亡。因此明确软枣猕猴桃的抗寒性及其机理具有十分重大的意义。随着软枣猕猴桃产业的不断发展,人们对软枣猕猴桃的研究日益深入,有关其抗寒性的研究取得了较大进展。该研究对软枣猕猴桃的形态解剖结构与其抗寒性之间的关系以及软枣猕猴桃抗寒的生理生化与分子机制进行了概述,归纳总结了鉴定软枣猕猴桃抗寒性强弱的方法,以期为软枣猕猴桃抗寒性研究以及抗寒品种的选育提供参考依据,同时展望了软枣猕猴桃抗寒性研究的方向。

     

    Abstract: The abnormal climate change seriously restricted the development of the Actinidia arguta industry and the expansion of the planting area from north to south.Low temperature is one of the important abiotic stresses in the planting of Actinidia arguta.It has great influence on the growth and development of Actinidia arguta.Therefore,it is of great significance to clarify the cold resistance and mechanism of Actinidia arguta.With the continuous development of the Actinidia argutaindustry,the research on Actinidia arguta is increasingly in-depth,and the research on its cold resistance has also made great progress.In this study,we conducted an overview of the relationship between morphological anatomy structure of Actinidia arguta and its cold resistance.Meanwhile,the physiological,biochemical and molecular mechanism of cold resistance of Actinidiaarguta were reported.The methods of identifying the cold resistance of Actinidia arguta were summarized in order to provide theoretical basis for the research on cold resistance of Actinidia arguta and the selection of cold resistant varieties.At the same time,the research direction of cold resistance of Actinidia arguta is prospected.
