水杨酸对低温胁迫下菜豆幼苗生长及抗寒性的影响

Effects of Salicylic Acid on the Growth and Cold Resistance of Common Bean Seedlings Under Low Temperature Stress

  • 摘要: 以低温敏感型的菜豆品种“热那亚”为试材,采用叶面喷施的方法,在菜豆幼苗长出2叶1心时,设置CK(常温对照)、LT(低温处理)、25SA(低温下喷施25 mg·L-1SA)、50SA(低温下喷施50mg·L-1SA)、75SA(低温下喷施75mg·L-1SA)、100SA(低温下喷施100mg·-1LSA)6个不同浓度的水杨酸(SA)处理,研究了不同浓度水杨酸对低温胁迫下菜豆幼苗生长及抗寒性的影响,以期为研究菜豆抵御寒冷胁迫的能力和培养耐寒性强的菜豆品种提供参考依据。结果表明:低温下喷施50mg·L-1SA对提高菜豆幼苗的抗寒性效果最佳,提高了菜豆幼苗在低温下的生长指标、相对含水量、抗氧化酶活性、渗透调节物质、光合色素含量、光合作用以及内源水杨酸含量,降低了相对电导率、MDA含量、■产生速率。

     

    Abstract: A low temperature sensitive common beans variety ‘Renaya’ was used as the experimental material.The foliar spraying method was used, when common bean seedlings grow two leaves and one heart, CK(room temperature control),LT(low temperature treatment),25SA(low temperature spraying 25 mg·L-1 SA),50SA(low temperature spraying 50 mg·L-1 SA),75SA(spraying 75 mg·L-1 SA at low temperature) and 100SA(spraying 100 mg·L-1 SA at low temperature) 6 different concentrations treatment were carried out.The effects of different concentrations of salicylic acid on the growth and cold resistance of common beans seedlings under low temperature stress were studied, in order to provide reference for effective defense of common beans under low temperature stress.The results showed that spraying 50 mg·L-1 SA at low temperature had the best effect on improving the cold resistance of common beans seedlings.It increased the growth indicators, relative water content, antioxidant enzyme activity, osmoregulation substances, photosynthetic pigment content, photosynthesis, and endogenous salicylic acid content of common beans seedlings at low temperature, and reduced the relative conductivity, MDA content, and ■ production rate.
