Abstract:
Phosphorus-dissolving Trichoderma strains were screened from insoluble inorganic phosphorus media containing Ca
3(PO

2,which as a kind of phosphorus-dissolving material, and identified by morphological characteristics and ITS rDNA sequence. The phosphorus-dissolving ability of the strains was determined by the halo zone methods, and the growth-promoting ability on growth traits, quality and rhizosphere soil nutrients of pepper of the Trichoderma strains were analyzed with conventional method in order to promote the transformation of insoluble phosphorus into available phosphorus in pepper rhizosphere soil by Trichoderma phosphate solubilizing and reduce the application amount of phosphorus fertilizer. The results showed that the phosphorus dissolving fungiwas identified as Trichoderma pseudokoningii, and phosphorus transparent circle diameter was3.72 cm,which was significantly higher than others.Available P contents in the rhizosphere of pepper treated with 100 times,300 times and 500 times of tang-10-11 were 45.23 mg·kg-1,50.47 mg·kg-1 and 44.00 mg·kg-1,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of control.Moreover,tang-10-11 could not only increase the pepper yield but also increase the vitamin C content and soluble sugar content. It can be concluded that phosphate solubilizing Trichodermatang-10-11 could promote the transformation of insoluble P into available P in the pepper rhizosphere soil and promote pepper growth, increase pepper yield and quality.
