Abstract:
Taking Phalaenopsis tissue culture seedlings as experimental materials, the effects of mixing carbon-based fertilizer, coconut bran and sphagnum moss in different proportions on the physical and chemical properties of the substrate before transplanting and after transplanting, and the growth characteristics of the Phalaenopsis tissue culture seedling were studied,in order to provide theoretical reference for the cultivation of Phalaenopsis. The results showed that adding carbon-based fertilizer to coconut bran and sphagnum moss significantly changed the physical and chemical properties of the substrate and increased the organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and total potassium content. The survival rate of Phalaenopsis increased by 3.71%-10.18%,the leaf width increased by7.74%-25.54%,and the chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate increased significantly.Among them, coconut bran and charcoal-based fertilizer had the best growth condition at 4∶1,and sphagnum moss and charcoal-based fertilizer had the best growth condition at 6∶1,indicating that the application of carbon-based fertilizer in the substrate of Phalaenopsis tissue culture seedlings has a significant effect.
