Abstract:
A field experiment was took ‘Antigua’ as the test material, the without biochar and no microbial agent was used as the control treatent(CK),and biochar(BC),biochar + Bacillus mucilaginosus(BJZ),biochar + Bacillus laterosporus(BCB),biochar + Bacillus velezensis(BLS) were set up.Which to explore the effects of biochar combined with different Bacillus agents on soil properties and microbial community composition of Tagetes erecta cultivation, in order to provide reference for Bacillus agents and biochar of Tagetes erecta planting. The results showed that compared with CK treatment, related biochar treatments(BC,BJZ,BCB,BLS) increased pH,cation exchange capacity(CEC),soil nutrients index(OM,DOC,AN,AP,AK) and soil enzyme activities(NIR,URE,CEL,LIP),the overall performance of each treatment was CK<BC<BJZ,BCB<BLS.Furthermore, high-throughput sequencing showed that BLS treatment significantly increased community diversity and promoted the proliferation of beneficial bacteria, such as Sphingomonas.Redundancy analysis(RDA) showed that soil urease was an important soil factor affecting the microbial community structure of BLS treatment. In summary, the application of biochar combined with B.velezensis during Tagetes erecta cultivation can effectively improve soil properties, increase extracellular enzyme activity and improve microbial community structure, soil urease was the key soil factor affecting the construction of microbial community.
