Abstract:
Taking ‘Shine Muscat’ grape as the experimental materials, the effects of different biological stimulants on the quality improvement of ‘Shine Muscat’ grape were studied by applying three biological stimulants(BS,alginate, polyglutamic acid and mineral source fulvic acid potassium) at different growth stages of ‘Shine Muscat’ grape(water as control),in order to provide reference for its rational application in grape production. The results showed that the application of alginate, polyglutamic acid and mineral source fulvic acid potassium improved the comprehensive quality of ‘Shine Muscat’ grape fruit, among which the overall effect of mineral source fulvic acid potassium used throughout the five periods was the best. The berry weight of different BS treatments increased by 11.46%-13.14% compared with the control. The berry weight of the five stages of using mineral source fulvic acid potassium was the largest. It was using alginate in the first three periods that had the highest contents of fruit soluble solids, soluble sugar, vitamin C and other indicators; the fruit solid-acid ratio, sugar-acid ratio, glucose, fructose and other indicator contents were the highest when the mineral source fulvic acid potassium was used throughout the five periods.
