蝴蝶兰响应低温胁迫研究进展

Research Progress of Response to Low Temperature Stress in Phalaenopsis

  • 摘要: 低温胁迫严重影响蝴蝶兰的生长,智能温室辅助加温成本高且能耗严重,制约蝴蝶兰产业的可持续发展。选育耐寒性较强的蝴蝶兰品种有助于提高蝴蝶兰的经济价值和观赏价值。该研究主要对近年来低温胁迫下蝴蝶兰的形态、生理生化特征的鉴定、分子响应及提高耐寒性的策略等进行综述,并就当前研究成果的局限性进行分析,提出未来的研究方向,以期为进一步揭示蝴蝶兰响应低温胁迫的调控机制及耐寒品种的鉴定和选育提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Low temperature stress has a critical impact on the growth of Phalaenopsis,the auxiliary heating passes through the intelligent greenhouse with highcost and serious energy consumption,which restricts the sustainable development of Phalaenopsis industry.Selection of Phalaenopsis varieties with cold tolerance is helpful to improve economic and ornamental benefits.In this study,the recent advances in research of Phalaenopsis response to low temperature were reviewed preliminarily,including the effects of morphology,physiological and biochemical property,molecular response,as well as the measures to enhance the cold resistance of Phalaenopsis.Furthermore,the study also analyzed the limitations of the current experimental results and prospected the future research direction,hoping to provide reference for revealing the mechanism of response to low temperature stress,the identification and breeding of cold-resistant varieties.
