北疆日光温室内不同甜樱桃品种适应性评价

Adaptability Evaluation of Different Sweet Cherry Varieties in Solar Greenhouse in Northern Xinjiang

  • 摘要: 以温室7个甜樱桃品种为试材,采用主成分分析和聚类分析方法,研究不同品种甜樱桃光合及品质特性,以期为北疆甜樱桃温室栽培品种的选择提供参考依据。结果表明:不同品种甜樱桃在温室中光合和品质指标均存在差异,7个品种甜樱桃净光合速率在11~15μmol·m-2·s-1;单果质量在7~10 g;可溶性固形物在15%~22%;硬度在160~290 g;咀嚼性在8~19 mJ。聚类分析将7个品种分为3类,通过主成分分析法,共提取了4个主成分,累计方差贡献率达到了93.33%,可以反映原始指标的大部分信息,7个品种的综合得分排序依次为‘美早’>‘拉宾斯’>‘先锋’>‘萨米脱’>‘明珠’>‘状元红’>‘佳红’。

     

    Abstract: The photosynthetic and quality characteristics of seven sweet cherry varieties in greenhouse were studied by principal component analysis and cluster analysis, in order to provide reference for the selection of sweet cherry varieties in greenhouse in Northern Xinjiang.The results showed that there were differences in photosynthetic and quality indexes among different varieties of sweet cherry in greenhouse, and the net photosynthetic rate of seven varieties of sweet cherry ranged 11-15 μmol·m-2·s-1.Single fruit weight was 7-10 g.Soluble solids content was 15%-22%.The hardness was 160-290 g.The chewability was 8-19 mJ.The cluster analysis divided the seven varieties into three categories.Through the principal component analysis, four principal components were extracted, and the cumulative variance contribution rate reached 93.33%,which could reflect most of the information of the original indicators.The comprehensive scores of the seven varieties were ranked as follows, ‘Tieton’>‘Lapins’ >‘Van’>‘Summit’>‘Mingzhu’>‘Zhuangyuanhong’>‘Jiahong’.
