Abstract:
Taking Ophiopogon japonicus as the test material, and the mixed nursery soil, vermiculite and perlite with equal volume were used as the culture matrix. The seedling height, root length, mycorrhizal infection rate, root activity, chlorophyll content, relative conductivity and soluble protein content of Ophiopogon japonicus seedlings under different inoculation amounts(10,20,30,40 g) of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF) were studied, in order to provide a more effective cultivation method for the growth and establishment of Ophiopogon japonicus. The results showed that Rhizophagus intraradices could form a symbiotic relationship with Ophiopogon japonicus, and Rhizophagus intraradices inoculated with 40 g had the highest root infection rate.Compared with the control, the growth of Ophiopogon japonicum seedlings was significantly promoted with the increase of inoculation amount, and the plant height, root length, tillering number, leaf area, chlorophyll content, relative electrical conductivity and soluble protein content of Ophiopogon japonicum seedlings under 40 g treatment were significantly increased.Grey correlation analysis also showed that AMF infection rate was most correlated with plant height, tiller number and relative electrical conductivity.
