Abstract:
The coordinated development of agricultural modernization and informatization is the inevitable trend of China′s agricultural development.Based on the relevant data of agricultural modernization and informatization development in Heilongjiang Province from 2002 to 2017,firstly,the development level of agricultural modernization and informatization in Heilongjiang Province was estimated,and then the coupling coordination degree model was constructed to evaluate their coordinated development level,and on this basis Tobit model was constructed to analyze the influencing factors of their coordinated development.The results showed that from 2002 to 2017,the agricultural modernization and informatization development level of Heilongjiang Province had been continuously improved.In 2017,their development level was similar,but the informatization development level laged behind agricultural modernization.The degree of coupling coordination between agricultural modernization and informatization was steadily rising.In 2017,it had entered the stage of high-quality coordination,but there was still much room for improvement on the whole.Investment in the information industry,the rate of mobile phone ownership,the number of students in higher education and the expenditure on education were significantly positively correlated with the synergic development of agricultural modernization and informatizationat the 1% level.In addition,the per capita income ratio of urban and rural residents was significantly negatively correlated at the level of 5%,and per capita telecom service consumption and industrial structure were significantly correlated with the degree of coupling coordination between the two at the level of 10%.Therefore,in order to promote the two to achieve a higher level of synergic development,it was necessary to improve the construction of it infrastructure,increase investment moderately,pay attention to the cultivation of information talents,optimize the industrial structure,narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas,and promote the construction of agricultural informatization with high quality.
