Abstract:
Taking the transplanted seedlings of Epimedium sagittatum as test materials, orthogonal cultivation conditions with different amounts of organic base fertilizer, different plant spacing, different densities of shading nets and different application amounts of compound fertilizer(N∶P∶K=12∶20∶13) were used to make statistics on the survival rate and yield of each plot, and to determine the dry weight, extract, total ash, total flavonoids, epimedin A,epimedin B,epimedin C and icariin contents of each plot.And the principal component analysis method was used for comprehensive evaluation.The changes of survival rate, yield and quality of transplanted seedlings of Epimedium sagittatum under different cultivation conditions were studied, in order to provide reference for the standarch of cultivation techniques.The results showed that 40 g·m
-2 compound fertilizer, 75% shading net, 4.5 kg·m
-2 organic fertilizer and 20 cm plant spacing were the best combination, and the survival rate was 63.23%,the yield was 32.5 g·m
-2,and the contents of total flavonoids, icariin, epimedin A,B and C were 9.35%,3.01% and 0.20%,0.20%,9.09%,respectively.It showed that the cultivation conditions of high shade, small plant spacing and large amount of organic fertilizer should be selected when transplanting Epimedium sagittatum seedlings.Under this transplanting condition, Epimedium sagittatum had high survival rate, high yield and excellent quality.
